I imported a deck but don't see all my cards
Check the import preview's card count before committing. On the free tier you can keep up to 200 cards — go Pro once to import everything. Nothing is ever deleted from your file.
How do I move my cards to a new phone?
Settings → Backups & restore → "Back up now", then share the backup to your new device and use Restore. Backups are free forever. (Turn on iCloud sync for automatic device-to-device.)
My Anki .apkg won't import
If it's a very recent Anki export, re-export the deck with "Support older Anki versions" checked, then try again. Still stuck? Email the file to support and we'll take a look.
How do exam dates work?
Open a deck → Exam mode → pick a date. The scheduler compresses your review intervals so your cards peak right around the exam.
Restore purchase
Settings → Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you bought with.
