Terms of Use (EULA)
Last updated: June 13, 2026
The app
Slap Card is a local-first iOS flashcard app provided by FunnelFix ("we," "us"). By downloading or using it, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. This is the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Slap Card on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services / App Store Terms of Service. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
Your content
Your cards and decks are yours. We claim no ownership of anything you create or import, and — because the app is local-first — we don't keep a copy of it. The only data we receive is what you send us in a support request, handled per our Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Slap Card Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Refunds are requested from and handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use Slap Card to import or distribute content you don't have the right to use, and don't use it for anything unlawful. You're responsible for the content in your decks.
Your agreement is with us, not Apple
These terms are between you and FunnelFix, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In plain terms:
- We — not Apple — are solely responsible for the app, for support and maintenance, and for any product or legal claims relating to it (including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual-property claims).
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app; where it and these terms differ on a licensing point, Apple's standard EULA controls.
Warranty & liability
Slap Card is provided "as is." We work hard to keep your data safe — which is why backups and export are always free and never gated — but we can't be liable for data loss. Keep your backups. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
